Use your points to update your tools. You could even get an automatic food dispenser or a Poop Sucking 3000 machine.

Note:

It is possible to play Kitten’d without a VR headset.

However, this is NOT the ideal way of playing, as being unable to see those cute kittens in VR means you miss a great part of the experience.
