  • RETURN POLICY ON IDC GAMES’ PLATFORM
  • Please read the following lines regarding how to apply for a refund if your purchase it’s not up to your standards.  If you recently bought something from IDC Games’ platform and are looking for a refund, you’re in the right place. Please read the following information regarding what you can return, when to do it and how to go about the process.

    What products are eligible for a refund?

    As a rule of thumb, the products eligible for a refund are those games and products on IDC Games’ platform.

    If a product is labelled as “non-refundable”, that particular product can’t be returned.

    Products with in-game virtual coins, skins and other consumables are non-refundable and, therefore, are not eligible for returns of any kind.

    IDC Games doesn’t offer returns of any kind for the purchase of any product made outside of IDC Games’ platform.

    Should you be reimbursed for a game, you’ll also be reimbursed for any content associated with the game you purchased on IDC Games’ platform, as long as the content hasn’t been consumed, modified or transferred. 

    How long do I have to return the product?

    Games and products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of their purchase. However, the total playtime can’t exceed the 2 hours to be eligible for a refund.

    Products with in-game virtual coins, skins and other consumables, and the products labelled as “non-refundable”, are not eligible for a refund.

    There are absolutely no refunds for games or products from which you have been banned or broken their Terms of Service. You won’t be eligible for a refund if IDC GAMES discovers you’re abusing the refund policy.

    How do I apply for a refund?

    You can apply for a refund by getting in touch with us through our support page and as long as the aforementioned rules apply to your situation.

    How will I get my refund?

    Refunds of any purchase will be made in the same method used to pay for the product — there are instances where this may not be possible, since it depends on the payment method.

    In some instances IDC Games can arranged for the refund to be issued on an alternative payment method.

    Please be aware that refund times are subjected to the chosen payment method.

    What about pre-orders?

    You may cancel your pre-order and get a refund any time before launch. You may ask for a refund within 14 days of the game’s launch, as long as you haven’t spent more than 2 hours playing. To the effects of this policy, the term “launch” includes any playable version of the game, including early access and alpha and beta versions.

    What happens if the purchased product gets a discount?

    You may get a full refund and buy the product again, always within the aforementioned rules. It’s not considered an abuse of the refund policy.

    Should IDC Games discover any sort of abuse of the refund policy on your part, you might be denied any sort of refund for any product. This policy is here so you can buy carefree and make sure that you spend your hard-earned money on those games that deserve it and you really want to play!
